If you already know your rate and want to enroll right away, you can download the official Sanitas documents, fill them out, and send them to us. We process your enrollment directly within a guaranteed 12 hours.
1. Insurance Application (Policy Enrollment)
Official document for entering your enrollment details. You must fill in all the fields (including the health questionnaire in its corresponding section) and sign every page of the document.
* If you have a Spanish bank account and IBAN, you only need to fill out this document (the IBAN is requested inside).

Required if you choose to pay by credit or debit card (suitable for anyone, especially if you don't have a Spanish IBAN).

Want to speed things up? Along with the documents above, send us a clear copy or photo of each insured person's DNI, NIE or passport. As soon as we receive everything we confirm the final price and, if all is in order, we process the sign-up the same day.
* If you are taking out the student insurance, also include your enrolment certificate or admission letter.
Alternative: Bank Transfer Payment
If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, we send you Sanitas S.A.'s bank details by WhatsApp or email once we receive your application, together with your policy reference. We don't publish the IBAN on the website to prevent impersonation.
