Outpatient healthcare
- Outpatient consultations in general medicine and all specialties
- All simple diagnostic tests
- Complex tests: ultrasounds, MRIs, CT scans and ophthalmology consultation tests
- Simple therapeutic methods
- Basic dental coverage
At-home care
- At-home help when you need it most (hospitalization of more than 48 hours)
- Medication delivered to your home from the pharmacy
- Escort to medical appointments
Digital coverage
- Video consultation across all medical specialties
- 24-hour emergency video consultation, no appointment needed
- Health programs: emotional wellbeing, nutrition, physiotherapy, pelvic floor, chronic condition monitoring, smoking cessation

- Video consultations with specialists incur a copay, just like in-person consultations
Waiting periods and enrolment age
MRI and CT scans are covered from 6 months after enrolment.
Age: From age 0. No maximum age for enrolment or to remain on the policy. No health questionnaire.
To take it out, you only need to provide one disability certificate per policy, and family members can also be added to that same policy.
Sanitas launched it in 2024 with ILUNION Correduría de Seguros as preventive health insurance for people with disabilities, with a social premium.
