Sanitas Own Centers in Northwest Madrid
Only the centers that belong to Sanitas. On top of these, each town has partner practices, clinics and laboratories that make up the medical network: they change over time, so you look them up in the app or we find them for you at the office for your specialty and your street.
Hospital Universitario Sanitas La Zarzuela (Aravaca)
This is the own hospital closest to the office: Calle Pléyades 25, 28023 Madrid, right next to Pozuelo and about fifteen minutes from Majadahonda on the M-503. Open since 1985 and holding Joint Commission international accreditation, it has adult and pediatric emergencies 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including trauma and orthopedics and obstetrics and gynecology. Hospital Universitario Sanitas La Moraleja (Alcobendas)
The other own university hospital in Madrid, in the north of the city, via the M-40. Together with La Zarzuela it ranks in the top 10 of Spanish private healthcare. For residents of the northwest it is the second option when La Zarzuela does not have the specialty or the appointment slot. 24-hour emergencies.
Centro Médico Sanitas Las Rozas (Európolis)
Calle Copenhague 12, 28232 Las Rozas de Madrid. An own center of 850 square meters on two floors with fifteen consulting rooms: radiology, ultrasound, mammography and bone densitometry, a mother-and-child health plan with pediatrics, nursing, audiometry and eye tests. It sees Sanitas policyholders and private patients. Open Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 21:00 and Saturdays from 9:00 to 14:00; phone 91 752 28 52.
Sanitas Milenium dental clinics: Majadahonda, Las Rozas and Pozuelo
These are the own clinics used by the basic dental cover included in Más Salud and by the Dental Milenium and Premium supplements. In Majadahonda it is at Calle Doctor Calero 17, on the corner of Avenida de los Reyes Católicos (810 51 19 00); in Las Rozas, at Calle Copenhague 12 (rear), in the same building as the medical center, one stop for your check-up and cleaning (91 640 83 01). Pozuelo has two: Calle París 1, by the roundabout on Avenida de Pablo VI (91 714 05 23), and Avenida de Europa 30 (91 907 05 00).
All of them open Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 21:00; Majadahonda and Las Rozas also on Saturdays from 9:00 to 15:00. Dental emergencies are seen only during opening hours, so call first.
Centro Médico Sanitas Boadilla
Avenida Ciudad de Santander, s/n, entrance C of the Ciudad Financiera, first floor, 28660 Boadilla del Monte. An own medical center with specialist consulting rooms, diagnostic tests and a dental clinic. Although it sits inside the Ciudad Financiera business campus, its website says it clearly: open to all clients, whether or not they have insurance. Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00; phone 91 289 70 06.
Sanitas Majadahonda Office
Calle Santiago Apóstol 5, 28220 Majadahonda. It is not a medical center: it is where you take out the policy and where it is managed afterwards. An exclusive Sanitas agency, the same person before and after enrollment, in eight languages, with no appointment needed or by phone, WhatsApp and video call. Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 18:00, Fridays from 9:00 to 15:00; phone 919 93 17 90.

Is there a Sanitas hospital in Majadahonda?
No. The hospital in Majadahonda is Puerta de Hierro, which is public. The closest Sanitas own hospital is Hospital Universitario Sanitas La Zarzuela in Aravaca, about 15 minutes away on the M-503 and right next to Pozuelo, with 24-hour adult and pediatric emergencies. And in Majadahonda itself you have the Sanitas own dental clinic on Calle Doctor Calero and the partner medical network for everyday consultations and tests.
Where are the nearest 24-hour Sanitas emergencies if I live in Las Rozas, Pozuelo or Boadilla?
At Hospital Universitario Sanitas La Zarzuela, Calle Pléyades 25 in Aravaca. It handles medical and surgical emergencies for adults and children, trauma and orthopedics, and obstetrics and gynecology, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. From Pozuelo it is next door; from Las Rozas and Boadilla you get there via the M-503 and the M-40 in about 15 or 20 minutes depending on the time of day. And with the policy you also have Blua’s 24-hour video consultation for anything that does not require leaving home.
Can I go to any center in the medical network or only those in my town?
To any of the ones in your policy, anywhere in Spain. The Sanitas medical network has no municipal borders: you can live in Las Rozas and see the pediatrician in Majadahonda, the dermatologist in Madrid or the hospital in Alcobendas. The only distinction is between Sanitas own centers, like the ones in this article, and partner centers, which make up most of the network. Both are used the same way, with the digital card in the app.
What is the Las Rozas medical center for if I already have a partner family doctor?
For tests. Centro Médico Sanitas Las Rozas, at Copenhague 12, has radiology, ultrasound, mammography and bone densitometry in the same building, plus 15 consulting rooms and a mother-and-child plan with pediatrics. In practice it means the annual gynecological check-up with mammography, or the ultrasound your specialist orders, is done without going into Madrid, with opening hours until 21:00 on weekdays and Saturday mornings.
Is the dentist included, and is there a clinic in my town?
Sanitas Más Salud includes basic dental as standard, and the Dental Milenium and Premium supplements are taken out separately, with no health questionnaire. The own dental clinics in the area are in Majadahonda, at Calle Doctor Calero 17; in Las Rozas, at Copenhague 12, next to the medical center; and two in Pozuelo, at Calle París 1 and Avenida de Europa 30. All open Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 21:00, and the Majadahonda and Las Rozas ones also on Saturday mornings. Dental emergencies are seen during opening hours, so call first.
Do I pay more or less for living in Las Rozas, Pozuelo or Boadilla than in Madrid city?
The same. The Sanitas premium is calculated by province, and Majadahonda, Las Rozas, Pozuelo, Boadilla and Madrid city are all priced as the province of Madrid. What changes the price is the age of each insured person, the plan with or without copays and the number of people on the policy, with a discount from two upwards. In the calculator you enter your postcode and your date of birth and the official price comes out in a minute, without asking for your phone number.
If I buy online, do I get the same hospitals and centers?
Yes, and we say it plainly: access to the own hospitals and centers depends on your policy, not on who sold it to you, and the premium is the same, the official Sanitas price. The difference lies in what happens afterwards. When you sign up at the Majadahonda office, the same person always looks after you: to choose the plan with your doctor in mind, to request the waiver of waiting periods if you come from another insurer, to add your baby to the policy or to file a claim. Online, you do all that yourself through a customer service phone line.
